Again, I worked with Ben Mezrich’s team to create the second NFT collection based on the book Bitcoin Billionaires.

Again, I worked with Ben Mezrich’s team to create the third NFT collection based on the book Bringing Down the House.
The way utility works for the BeNFT collections is by owning at least 1 of all 3 (Rockets, Billys, and Vegas) you will qualify for a screenplay token and this token will give you a percent cut of the movie script Ben is writing about the NFT/Crypto space and pitching to movie studios.
If you are not familiar with Ben Mezrich’s work, he wrote the books that became the movies The Social Network and 21. Currently his books The Antisocial Network and Bitcoin Billionaires are in movie development and the rights to The Midnight Ride have already been purchased as well. So if anyone can deliver a token utility of a cut of a movie script sale is Ben.

THE MIDNIGHT RIDE PUZZLE COLLECTION
This was an interesting collection. Once again, this falls under the umbrella of Ben Mezrich and his books. Before beginning work on the Bitcoin and Billionaire collection, Ben released a new book, The Midnight Ride.
We came up with a unique idea, and with the help of a Harvard puzzle master, we created a collection that every day the metadata was updated to reveal a new cipher and a new puzzle to solve. This went on for 21 days, and after the last puzzle was solved, the NFT came to rest in a final NFT to collect.
This piece was claimed by proof of purchase of The Midnight Ride novel.
WOW BAO “HOT BUNS CLUB” COLLECTION
While working on the Ben Mezrich collections, I was contacted to work with a nationwide restaurant chain that wanted to create an NFT loyalty program. That restaurant chain turned out to be Wow Bao.
I was asked to create a full-body bao that matched Wow Bao’s clean, modern approach to marketing art. This collection is slowly minting, giving Hot Buns Club members exclusive discounts for online orders, merch, and giveaways.
LUCKY DUCKY - WORLDWIDE WEB3 METAVERSE
I’m not typically commissioned to make a lot of pixel art, though I am highly skilled in this technique; the existing NFT brand, Lucky Ducky, reached out to commission the pixel art to be used in their entry into the metaverse.
The animated image to the left was made by me as the reveal of the pixel ducky and has been received very well. Work is in progress on refining the sprite sheet and overall design before recreating the clay-animated duck traits to pixel art so holders can explore the metaverse as the NFT they own.
I’m very excited to hopefully bring in more pixel art commissions in the future.

FROGGY FRIENDS - “fRIEND” COLLECTION
I had previously worked with Froggy Friends on discord sticker designs (seen below) and was brought on to revamp their upcoming “friend” utility.
This utility allows you to purchase, with the project staking token $RIBBIT, different friends that offer a $RIBBIT staking boost depending on what friend is paired.
The challenge with this artwork is the Froggy Friends NFTs have a relatively thick outline, and I felt it was extremely important to have a matching line quality and detail level to make the two characters feel they go together. This was one of the major factors for the initial designs needing to be redone completely.
Here you will find various illustrations and designs for NFT projects I have been a part of. Generative NFT collection have very strict limitations and can, at times, become repetitious in the making of due to those limitations so it is always a welcomed task to bring the characters to life with the freedom to change poses, lighting and expressions.

Being a full-time freelance artist has me constantly sharpening my different styles. This ability allows me to soak up enough work to be content and happy. When time permits, things like the consistent stream of commissions, new projects, and even fan art contest opportunities. All the different styles I work in give me the variety to keep from burning out under the pressure and heavy workload that is full-time freelance.

For this section, my main role is that of Creative Director. Using my years of experience as an artist as well as my experience of making art for multiple NFT collections. This entails sharing tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way for organizing an efficient process, helping to concept different traits, offering feedback on created traits, and many other tasks.
KAERU FRIENDS
In addition to the Creative Director Role for Kaeru Friends, I have also taken on some secondary illustration responsibilities doing detailed backgrounds for the collection, social media illustrations, and other tasks that help free up the main artist, Vito, to focus on completing the work on the different traits for the collection.

My role for Turtle Beach Club is similar to that of Kaeru Friends. I am in a position to help shape the project’s artwork by lending my experience and creative problem-solving skills to the team’s main artist while adding additional art for banners, website and more to free up more time for the main artist to focus on the creation of the collection.
